Q. Can we ask for llamas here?
A. No. This group is about the stats for you to choose who you think deserves a llama. You can ask for llamas at #GiveALlamaGetALlama.

If you do leave a comment asking for llamas, it will be hidden.

Q. Why can't we post our own updated stats?
A. This is viewed as asking for llamas, which in the above question answers why we do not permit asking for llamas.

Q. Why do you list people under 100%? Wouldn't it be easier to just not post them?
A. We post all members, even those under 100% because a) Llama Stats change every day, b) We still have to review their stats so why not post them, c) There is always the chance they will return their llamas, and d) all our members deserve to see their stats.

Q. Why don't you make another list with just those who have give 10,000 llamas or more?
A. Yet again, this would be another list to update. It takes a long time to update the directory alone.

Q. I'm a member of GALGAL, why isn't my name on the list?
A. If you joined after the monthly update, you will not have your name listed till the next monthly update. If you joined recently, be patient, it'll eventually get up there. Please also double check to make sure you are a member of #GiveALlamaGetALlama as we only list members from there. Many times when we get this report, the deviants are not a member of the group.

Q. I've changed my username, how will this affect the list?
A. This will only mean your new username will appear under the original stat list before it was changed. This means if your old username started with an A, and you changed it to start with a B, you will still be listed under the A list.

Q. I'm on the list, but it says "(No Stats Available)" next to my name, why?
A. We use a program to pull all the stats for our members. This program sometimes (and usually for certain members), is simply unable to get that information, thus it will not display your stats.

Q. I still would like to help, what can I do?
A. While llama giving, if you find a 'dead' or 'moved' account, please tell us about it so we can remove them from the list.
